Some is but I'm splitting all of it and then the better stuff will get stacked with the pine and the worst stuff will get burned outside this winter.

I'm trying L.P., I'm trying to get the lot the house sits on looking better but it's hard to keep up with the dead pine.

These two loads were done on the 18th, this whole area I've been working on was the worst of any of our trails.

The damage was done by both a truck and a skidder, I'm thinking the skidder did the original damage to the trails and then a truck by the guy who took care of the lot for the previous owner.

I did take two bucket loads back to a different part of the trail.

This area was pretty rough, they had rounds of wood just under the dirt that I removed when we first bought the property, I plan on getting some chips on top, once I get a few more loads down.

The ravines will need to be checked before winter so that's my next job which will start at the end of next week.

The pictures are of the first ravine I'll check.

Seems like you could grade them and fix them up with a blade on the back of the tractor but, what do I know :)

Seems great to have all that wood out there you can cut and burn but, taking care of the property is no piece of cake

We ordered a snowplow / dozer blade for the front of the tractor which I can use next spring.

I not sure about taking the tractor down in the ravine in the pictures.

Well you don't want to take the tractor where it shouldn't go

It would mean more trail clearing and maybe some digging to get the tractor in or out, we have some projects around the house we want done first.

I know this could change at any time, but are your main trails for sledding pretty clear?

I haven't buried the truck yet except when I was plowing a few years back, I bought the guy who pulled me out a case of beer.

One time there was a tow truck 8th of a mile down the road, after I was all muddy and gave up, paid him to winch it out

I just looked at the weather channels forecast for this area for Saturday night, 3-5 inches of snow.

    Gasifier better check his forecast.
