    Hi, stove works great on USP and previously direct connect to generator (has invertor), but tonight was the first time with both hooked up. And of course I had to plug in my coffee pot and he plugged in the tv system, all in the back of the USP powered by the generator. I think his big generator is ~ 4000-4500W....

    PS, I am quite unhappy with Amazon sending all my household items USPS (pick up in town) instead of the last 10 years of UPS delivering to my porch.

    PS, "error N" in my stove manual indicated reversed polarity. Sorry I neglected to mention that before.

    I think that coffee pot may require more wattage than what the ups can handle with or without being on battery power.

    You also say your generator is an inverter? Seems unlikely at that size.

    Honda i think makes them up to 6 or 7,000 watts. They are just really expensive at that size that is why I considered it unlikely.
