i may be old and slow, and nursing 7 stitches, but I'm gettin it done. Wood shed is starting to fill up. Long ways to go go. It's 3 year old Shingle Oak. Not as good as Dennis 9 year old stuff but should get the job done.
I do believe that 3year old oak may keep your bones warm just fine and Buddy is doing what a guard dog should be doing, stop pickin' on him Dad.
I'll tell Buddy you defended him. But I'm afraid it is the lazy Beagle in him. He is my best buddy though.
Yeah. He is my best friend for sure. Always at my side no matter what. And I think you are right. That Oak should be some good stuff. Never burned Shingle Oak, but it seems to be just like Pin Oak.
You check back around January and let us know. I not only don't believe I have burnt shingle oak but don't even recall hearing of the species unless I just mistook it for something else.
Yeah, he just likes hanging with Dad. Taking a break. LP, a lot of it around here. A first succession tree like Pin Oak.
Chief, I can't help but wonder if it might be time to retire that wheelbarrow. With your RA that could definitely aggravate your shoulders, elbows, wrists and hands. Perhaps it is time for one of those small wagons like HDRock uses. I think there are a few others on this forum who use them too. It would be one more weight off those shoulders.
You're right BS. I actually have one. I should use it. I always just seem to grab the wheel barrow. Hard to change old habits
Well now, you very well know Chief that the only way to change an old habit is to create a new and better one.
Always struggle with one of my stacks gone, until I get it replaced. Guess I need to get to work on that.
We have to leave one lawn chair out most of the year, except when it's snowing, for him. As big as he is, he curls up and sleeps in it. He is an unusual dog.
