Its really not that bad, keep a good parts diagram nearby and make sure all the shims/clips and whatnot are where they are supposed to be. A good shop manual will walk you through it step by step.
    I'll keep my eyes peeled...
EDIT: Ha! Kinda made an eye joke there...I had a rusty metal sliver removed from my right pupil Friday...as it "heals" over the weekend I have lost functional vision in my right eye...I go back to see the eye doc tomorrow...sure hope he has something good to tell me!

Visiting with parents and some brothers and sisters completed. Then trip down and back to Syracuse completed. Brought my brother down for his return flight home. What a huge help he was on the barn. Great to have another chance to visit and work with him.:handshake:

What year is it Pete? How's the mileage, and more importantly, care on it?

128,000 miles, zero rust ( from Florida ) all maintaince records back to 2005 it literally needs nothing! Never in an accident either. The yoke is tight, trans shifts as it should all new brakes, good tires, clean as clean can be talking showroom quality underneath! The body mint except one teeny tiny dent from a cart in guessing

Today I covered more wood with tarps and yesterday I cleaned up some of my old splitting area of rounds and splits, five bucket loads with more left.

Since I was on the tractor I didn't have the camera but will get some pics tomorrow before I start splitting some of the rounds, the better stuff will be mixed in with our pine for next years shoulder season wood.

Got the 034 super running today, caulked the living room windows, and went to my BFF's son's birthday party. It was a good day.

Just about got the cottage wrapped up for winter this weekend.
Raised the dock, cleaned out the new garage just in case another mustang convertible offers itself (amazing how fast it filled up during the workshop construction project....)
Hauled three truckloads of firewood and even managed to do some splitting (vertical BTW Dennis). Burned brush, added another support to the underside of the screen porch and moved some firewood closer to the back door for the winter @ the cottage.
Still had plenty of time for church and sightseeing along the shore of Gitchee Goomie where there are still some leaves. Mostly aspen a few maple and some oak but all looked great with the sun. Copper country should be in its peak now.

Hauled in all the outside furniture also.

Hope you are able to get some good years with this vehicle and not have the repairs cost you too much.

Those trailblazers seem to hold up pretty well. They also seem to be pretty good body wise even in our salty roads up here. Actually, I think these are the best steel bodied vehicles that gm made as far as rust resistance and paint holding up even after they've been around since 99.

What motor is in it? 4.2 inline 6 or 5.3 v8?

Both of those seem to hold up well too.

Gotta love the workshop projects this time of year! Good luck with the lift.

My coffee is a bit weak this morning......may have spilled a bit more than I thought when I tried filling up the brew basket!
