No, definitely no heat. That's bad for a muscle pull. But yeah, definitely taking it easy a few days.

    I'm icing it now.

My new name is Ice McGroin.

I got it originally while replacing the drive belt on my lawn tractor.

How I re aggravated it? I have no clue. So I can't say if it was worth it.

I pulled one about 4 weeks ago and it isn't much better. So I am going to PT for it. The PT has been doing stretching exercises which have helped. I started getting better, then tripped.:pain:Back to square one.

Went to Lowes today to get some supplies. I'm not able to push or pull a loading cart. I usually go the desk. They write up the order, go pull it, I pay and they put it in my van. But today, not a sole came to help me. I thought I was going to grow old sitting in front of the desk. There was one guy on the floor, but he was running around in a hurry. Really didn't want to deal with him again. He is working with a very "dim light" . Finally, I gave up and left. I'll go back early in the AM before they get busy. Don't know why they are so poorly staffed on weekends. Week days are no issue.

Thanks Stinster. I appreciate it. It's been a long haul. Still a lot of work to go, but it will get done. Little by little.

That progress looks a lot more than little by little to me. Lots of sweat progress about every day. That beam structure is super. Looking just fine.

Box of 50 - 4" is 28 bucks now. Prolly cheaper other places but Lowes is convenient. And they are cheaper and much faster than lag bolts to install.

Mornin' Hoarders. Man, this pitch black 6 a.m. morning thing is depressing. Doing the morning intake thing, then on to a road trip about 3 hours away, to pick up a new pick up for the outfit I drive for. We have 37 trucks leased to the local military base this week so we are pulling them in from all over the eastern end of the province. Supposed to rain off and on today, so a good day to stay dry. Everyone have a great and safe day.

Today is another canning morning. I hope to put up about 8-10 quarts of chicken soup/stew stock. I have a new to me National No. 7 canner to try out that will double our capacity.
