Better keep 'em separated. Don't want to wake up in the middle of the night to a cat fight. Had to keep mine in separate buildings. :p

A ported 460 will make you smile. I want to try out a 044/46 hybrid next. If I can get a 44 complete I'll pull my top end off and put it on and try it. Dex you going to get either of the 460s ported?

Yeah, I plan on porting the one I bought 2 years ago (new). This one may or may not be for trading ;)

I had to throw in a little cash on the 460, but in my opinion, it was worth it. I like the idea of 50cc saws, but I like 60cc-80cc power :D

My 460 should run a 385xp in the dirt after porting.

I actually had another MS 460 that I got off of Devin86. It was a runner, but looked a little ragged. Ended up trading it off for some mechanical work on my truck. So this is a total of 3 460's. Think I'll keep this one??

Congrats on the sale! Now what am I going to run against at the G2G?

    Doubt it.

You tend to keep only the shiniest of shiny. Besides, two of the exact same model can get, well.... boring. (What did you do with all those 036's? ;) ) And if one is ported, then the other loses favor in your eye and then you start looking for something different to play with ...... And then you wind up with a few saws, then a few dozen and then ......

As someone who buys most of his wood in log loads, and gets to control the size of what he's cutting (IIRC you spec'd up to 16"?), I am curious what would happen if someone put a real strong ported 50cc in your hands. Or maybe a ported 562XP wearing a 20" Techlite......

A ported 460 with a 28" light bar is more comfortable to me to than a 50cc saw with a 16-18" bar.

Nah. What fun would that be? ;)

Plus, this 460 will likely be trading material. After the last set of storms that came through (2 days before Christmas) there are several larger trees that need bucked up 30"-40". They are just in bad places (needs to be dry).

And the GTG is still over 3 months away ;) I have plenty of time to sell, buy, and trade about 11 more saws. Who knows? I may be trading this 460 for some port work? Get my 460 and my 036 ported? I just bought another OEM cylinder for my 036. I ground on my original, and I want Randy to start clean slate with a factory Cyl. :)

Some have minor prob with CAD. Some have advanced levels of CAD. :)

That 460 is a beauty Kenis! I have a near new Poulan Pro 330 I am thinking of getting rid of, for more than a fair price if you find yourself wanting one. Wasn't really wanting to get rid of it, but darned if I don't want one of those new fangled MS241's haha.
