    porch progress.png Double decker porch redue is coming along. Can't wait to get my windows and doors in and put some heat in there. Will be nice to sit in the morning sunlight and have my coffee. edited to show picture. Can you see this now?

    No heat for almost entire barn. We will insulate and heat tack room (9x11) to about 40 or 45 degrees. That will be nice for wife and kids when caring for horses in winter time.

    Spent time with my mom after work. Brought in some of her plants and covered others because of tonight's frost.

    Helped her plan her trip to Mpls. for a friends funeral Friday. Got her directions for her motel too.

    I really enjoy the simple times with her because after losing my dad in 1999, its the little things that really stand out when I think of him. :)

    Tomorrow morning we break off from the barn because of the rain coming in and go to our parents house to help finish up some trim work they need done. Hopefully the rain will stop after lunch tomorrow and we can get to work on the post and beams inside the barn.

    Yeah, Velveeta can't be cashed cheese. It can be called a "cheese product" or similar non cheeseical term.

    Usually the first and primary ingredient in "American cheese" is vegetable oil. That's if you are lucky.

    Latest report is saying 2 cups of coffee per day reduces the dementia rate in Seniors by 36%. More than 2 cups per day has no additional benefit above that level.............

    That is excellent progress. Amazing how quickly it goes along once the foundation is all taken care of. Your horses will live much better than much of the world does.
