    Joey and I hit the water, Bite was really tough! Lake is a mess, Weeds died off from the cold!! We did manage a few decent ones. I'd say its likely our last trip of the year. In the boat anyway. Winterized the motor at the ramp. We'll pull all the gear and give it a clean next weekend...

    Went down to Mass to visit dad today earlier than usual. He had someone coming by at 10am to look at his Rav 4 that he has been trying to sell. Tough to sell as it hasnt been registered for months now but we have been uop front about needing brakes and other than that its a good vehicle.

    Sold it which was bittersweet for him. He's glad its gone but it also completely sets in the hard reality that he wont drive again due to the stroke 2 years ago.

    Oh and counting 8K with 5K in mostly 20's and also marking each and every bill with a counterfeit checking pen was a royal PITA.

    Odd thing was when I went to the bank to deposit it for him, they didnt check for counterfeit, just ran it thru the counting machine. I was a bit surprised on that. Then again, they took my ID and maybe after the counting machine they are marked with who deposited the cash.

    Was at Lowes and HD today - both were the same way. Mostly Christmas stuff with a little bit of Halloween thrown in (so little, I almost didn't see it).

    I would guess the machine has some sort of way to check it as it's going thru - but don't know that for a fact.

    Saw an add for a boat show recently. Is that early? I thought they were in the spring?
    I dont own a money pit, erm boat, so dont kniw if early or not.
