Scot how much of the softwood product are you making this season? Is it already complete, or are you still making them now?

Here are some pics of such a bad packing or palletizing.
I have about 15 bags that were already ripped and am not a happy camper.

they were running blend when i was there. it appeared there was a good section of softwood, and a lot of TSC and Wallmart bagged product on the lot to go to mostly Maine locations.

A very cool bagging and stacking machine was making nice looking stacks and going out to the holding area two tons at a time.

X2 and as a dealer i'd be wanting to make that right. poor pallets show up more than i'd like, and cause us problems ---mostly not being able to get the pallet jack under the skid, but sometimes pellets leaking out the bottom. i took a skid today for myself that was the worst skid i had of Blazers, and it had only one bad bag. i recovered 25 lbs of good pellets, so it looked much worse than it was. still, if i sent this out to a customer, i would have included a couple of replacement bags to compensate.

That would be Scot Bubier you talked to on the phone. He should take care it. Let me know if he doesn't.
We aren't making the softwood anymore. We made about 2500 tons of it then switched back to the 60% hardwood, 40% softwood blend.

I don't blame you a bit for being unhappy with that delivery. I would be also. I don't think it is representative of the product either. MWP had its hard knocks in the beginning and I am sure they wont no part of having to deal with a bad reputation. They have a very good product now. I hope it stays that way.

    Scot,

I just sent you an email.
To my surprise, they offered me a $10 credit.....I told them they can keep the $10 and buy a couple beers.
I have about 15 ripped bags that lost some pellets and about 4 bags lost altogether.

I don't know your impression but customer service is a word very far away with this experience.
Even box stores stand behind their product, even wood pellets.

I should've returned and reject that delivery, lesson learned.

You have every right to be PO'd...... 10 dollar credit my azz :loco:

BUT, those are MWP in that bag-same bag that Wally World gets and is just fine

Just wanted to report that Sot B. from MWP is taking care of the problem.
He emailed me this morning and spoke to the local supplier.

This is good customer service and speaks highly about MWP company.

    Thanks Scot.
