My boss asked me too build a pergola for him to be married under. I did my best to go the extra steps and pay attention to details for the special occasion. Got $80 into it. Everything else was laying around. Any idea what something like this is worth of if I could sell them?
Depends on area and marketing materials its made from. The Amish around here ruin everything lol. But I would think on Craigslist or a local garden center could sell them for +-400-500
Yeah, that's easily worth 350, if not more. Nice job! They'll be the thrilled to get that. We've got some handy elves on this site.
Holy Moly! Pyroholic thats looks fantastic! Etsy? Probably command a higher price there!!! Get to knockin around with some of them high rollers, you'd clear more than ya think....... Great job, bud
Pyro, that is fantastic work. You can be very proud. Maybe you can haul that over to him on your bike?
That's beautiful! Awesome work! Depends on how fast you want to sell them. $4-500 they'd go like hotcakes. It's gotta cost at least half that in materials and finish if you didn't already have them laying around. I'd be closer to $800-1000.
Fantastic work bud! Whipped it out huh, I can only imagine what you produce when you take your time. Kudos to you for really hooking up friend/boss.
Thanks for all the kind words. The wife to be started crying when she saw it. Their big day is Friday. We'll see if the orders start pouring in from the guests. Lol
what a heat felt beautiful gift... at my house it would sit in a place of honor with wife putting plants around it!
I think you could get $750 all day in the right neighborhoods. Get somebody like fishingpol to make some forged details like candleholders, basket hangers, etc and you'd be closer to a $1,000. Then there's the barnwood/reclaimed look you could do too and charge extra because it has "history".
Beautiful! There is an engineer that built something like this and he rents it for weddings etc.. Great for photographers!
