    We've done that......it's very gooder.
I've been eating too much high sodium stuff lately. Processed foods are terrible in that regard.

I only buy the cut elsewhere vacuum packed deli stuff, seems to last a lot longer. I only hope it's cut and packaged in a better environment than the store deli...I could be wrong.

That was some of the information I read. It could start right at the meat slicer.

Hard to get around it sometimes.

Just saw a goldfinch that wasn't so gold. They are losing their summer colors. The hummingbirds are still here for now.

Had a much better (gooderer?) day at work today. Ran a gas line for a kitchen remodel; hooked up some supply and return fuel lines for a couple boilers (tank is below ground) and delivered the furnace and AC coil to the site we roughed in yesterday. The begining of next week should be spent at the new job site. I sure hope so as we will be able to knock this one out while its still semi busy!

Sitting back, nursing a sore body, having a cold beer after much water and gatorade, and watching another good Western movie. True Grit. With Jeff Bridges as Rooster Cogburn. I haven't seen it in a long time. But a good movie, if I remember correctly.

Cottonwood isn't bad. It splits straight and pretty easily, and seasons fast. Yeah, it burns fast, but it's light so there's less chance of herniation.

    4runner?

Those are great vehicles. My wife had a 95, then a 98. The current one we have has been great, but a different beast than the 2nd gen 4runners in the late 90s.
