Why wait? We went without a shed for many, many moons. So long as you top cover, all is well.

Ah yes. No doubt many of us well remember when we bought our log splitters. It is a sweet time splitting wood with one especially after swinging an 8 lb maul! And no, you should never have to swing that maul at anything you put into that splitter. Enjoy! Nice shed too.

If things go well by the end of this week, I'll have everything in my shed , 18 rows, each 7.5' H x 9' wide = 12.3 cords.

Because I'm anal and if I can't have it nicely contained and neat in a woodshed I don't want it. I certainly wouldn't want all the extra work of having to move it to the shed for finishing.
I do have a dilapidated machine shed type of building with holey tin on top that I stored some in before. But I have the dehumidifier going downstairs finishing off the wood I brought in in August and that will be good enough. None of it sizzles when burning.

Actually I choose to do without it like you. My wife is also a big user and also tells me when something important or funny is going on.
I guess Luddite was the wrong term, I'm quite computer literate and have been for around twenty years. Been upgrading and building my own during that time.

X 2 on the Face Plant issue. Wife subscribes to it, I myself, could care less about it. To me, it depicts sitting @ the "COOL KIDS" lunch room table in the mental hospital....................... :rofl: :rofl:
