I'm driving my wife's hand me down 01 Highlander SUV. We paid like $10k back in 08. Thing is great shape and drives good for the money. It's my DD. I think it's stink worth $3500-4500 as it sits. It has every option for the model year and model except AWD and heated seats.

I like buying them about 10 years old.

Any interest in a 10 year old Frontier that's been rode hard and hung up wet? lol

but truck prices there vs here are way different example on lot up here an 08 ford f150 138k miles is easily over 15K.

I know in the new ones they sell a lot of heated seats. Our 04 Sequoia has I think k every option except 4x4. It has heated seats and they are nice!

My highlander even has heated side mirrors!! I didn't even know that still I started driving it this year! I asked my wife did she know it had heated mirrors, and she said yes! Hahaha. It's was her vehicle and I only drove it if we went to town togeather or on a trip and I just never knew that.

"Those" meaning the rode hard and put up wet ones.

It's possible to buy an 8 to 10 year old well taken care of vehicle. I don't necessarily look for an old man car with 35k miles on it. But iF it's a beat to $h%! And looks neglected and dirty like they never cared to clean the interior I stay away.

Heated seats are nice, but a heated steering wheel is the bomb. Once you have one, you won't go back.

Not just trucks, but ATV's and UTV's (side by sides). Everything is ridiculous now!! I paid $4,200 for my 400ex brand new in 2000. I wish I would have bought 10 of them! People would pay so much more for them now!!

And Clem, my S7 the prices. All half dozen of them (Android has several different versions of OS). Do you have an update that needs installed on the phone? Or possibly eBay? If it's not set up to do it automatically? Then you must do it manually. Otherwise it's just the OS that your provider has available. Depending on the carrier? The version will vary.

Yall got me thinking. I did do an operating system update. I beleive I have the newest ebay app, but I think that opened in Chrome not the app so that would be irrelevant.

You don't have the s7 that catches fire do you? I heard about them recalling some of them cause the battery overheats and burns!

I saw those too. But if I had any one of those new trucks I would have a heavy duty bed liner in it. If I had a new F-150 or F-250 I think I would put a construction grade spray in bed protector in it. I've not owned one of the Rhino liners yet. (My current truck I have an over the rail liner in it.) Anyone own one the harder grade spray in ones? Like it?

I would too! Thats what i was getting at with the knife twisting kinda underhanded. I mean who drops a load of rocks into their truck bed like that without some sort of bed protection.

I believe in Line-X... I've had it in my last three trucks. It hasn't let me down, till I get stupid...

I prefer linex over Rhino too. I have seen Rhino that is months old chipping. It also fades really bad. I think Rhino is more skid resistant than linex.

What really sold me on Linex was one of my customers trucks. It has some pretty nice dents in the bed and the linex did not break free.

Those are some good proof pictures to show that it really adheres to the bed. That truck also doesn't look brand new or like it was just done either?

That truck only has 12k on it now and those pics were from 3 years ago. I can't remember what year the truck is, maybe an 2008. It was a farm truck that belonged to an older man, he is now 93. It does not have a good body panel on it.
