Listening to some classic jazz this AM with my LaVazza coffee. Gonna stack some wood and later today let the stove run down to small coals and ash and clean it out. Here's a great starting point if you want to get into jazz but just don't know where to start. (Or Miles Davis - Kind of Blue)
Steve ,Herbie is good stuff I have some classic jazz in my vinyl collection not a lot have this Freddie Hubbard one seems like he is always playing with Herbie. The Bob James album was my 1st non rock purchase both are from the old CTI label (Creed Taylor), Bob is an awesome keyboardist today he is the leader of the smooth jazz super group Four Play. The you tube is Freddie doing a great cover of a Paul McCartney tune enjoy
Freddie Hubbard is a fabulous horn player and has played with everyone that counts in jazz in the last 40 years. Love this off take on Uncle Albert. Great pics too!!

There are cars songs and then there are car songs. This is a car song. The goofy chick dancing at the red light...yep...that is me.

I'm really getting into Tony Joe White, and here's an album with Clapton, JJ Cale and Waylon Jennings as guest artist.
