Looks similar to mine. I think mine have a contour so they fit against your body. I'll go out in a bit and get a pic.

Good call, zinc can mess up moulds pots and spouts.
The scrapyard will give you lead prices for it. (Which keep going up)

    Tell you what.

So I got to thinking. I have a lot of friends who fish. I fish, but usually just lose their high dollar lures and apologize.

So I am going to cast a bunch of sinkers for the fisher buddies. I called a few and they told me what they need.

I am going to stamp them both top and bottom with a Zi just in case they make they way back to my place. One buddy said he cut them in half, ergo the stamping.

Sooo.. if anyone here wants sinkers, I will cast and send out, if you pay for shipping.

I have many different molds but most are teardrop style. I will be going through them soon but I think I have them in many different graduations down to the 1/4oz, up to some big honkin sizes.. I have a few other flavors too. but for you saltwater coast guys I have no inverted pyramid mold, but if you get me a mold I can/will make them.

400 yard gong, its done better on paper.
Forgive the off center shots, using and old nikon prostaff 12x.
Shooting loads from a small base die for my savage.

Checked the throat erosion on the sass, made a small adjustment hoping for better. 10k+ hot loads through the barrel.

I'm thinking of running 175-178 grain to fill the throat and the case.

Found out today that my wife's cousin is way into loading. He offered to load up some 308 for me. He also let me shoot his 6mm (not 6.5) Creedmoor suppressed precision rifle. I felt pretty good about my shot at 200 until he told me he's taken it out close to 2000. I don't want to know what kind of $ he has into that gun.

Your gonna get hooked. You'll always wonder what this powder will do with this bullet. Handload accuracy is far superior to even factory match ammo. I see a reloading bench in your future.

:emptywallet: up front, but you'll repay yourself quickly.

    Thats a steal.
I'm not a fan (I'd sure as heck use it though) of federal brass for precision, but a few of my autoloaders wouldn't care!

A 300 with 7 lb rifle imo won't be too much fun.
I've wanted to try a tikka, always heard good things about them.

Natchez has free hazmat on orders $250+
Most CCI primers are sold out. Decent prices on some powder though.

I hear that. My shooting per month keeps increasing, so I just keep buying. I look at it like this: Even if you don't "need" it, it'll be good trade fodder if another shelf emptying panic happens.

That's why I hold onto everything. I have .40 brass and .223 but I don't own either. I have over 100 rounds of factory ammo for .30/30 again I don't have one but just aquire it...kind of by inheritance . one day I will turn it into something I want :):rootintootin:

I'm pretty sure that requires you to get a new lever gun. Rules are rules.
