    It is officially STOVE SEASON.

We had a cool showery day yesterday and by 5 last afternoon the house was at about 68 F and we went out for the evening.

Got home at 10 and the house was 64 F

Ran the Little Whit ALL NIGHT and it is still on now at 8:15

Very early fire season this year.

    And a new season begins.

As most people here probably already know, if you speak to cust. service with ANY company that does business in the US, (and you're obviously speaking to someone in another country and can't understand them), you can ask to be connected to a person in the US. By law, they HAVE to honor that request.
The reason I now refuse to do business with a certain company that ships chocolate covered strawberries whose name starts with "Shari's" anymore is because I had an overseas cust. serv. person who got testy w/ me and told me <insert Pakistani accent> "I don't have to do that". As soon as I angrily told him that yes, by law he DID have to, I didn't hear another word from him, but I DID start speaking to a person in the US who I could understand. Don't let them get away with it.

EDIT: Let me clarify my statement above...."ANY company that is from the US" (headquartered in, originated from, etc, etc)
