I caught this ear on camera lastnight. Can any one identify it? I'm guessing coyote, fox or dog... This is on the game camera that I'm trying to keep around since I've had something started killing my chickens... Thank you...

    Well, it's not Bigfoot.....
Definitely looks canine, that's for sure.
Hope you can figure it out, and Happy late Birthday, bud.

Well traps and camera are reset... Funny that he came up from that direction and looks like he sniffed the camera (I hadn't touched that camera for like 2 or 3 days with several days of rain too)... I was fearing that it was a fox too...but had a gut instinct that at least a few birds had suffered its fate from a fox...

More than likely a fox. Especially going after chickens in a coop

Foxes have ears that are a little rounded....that one looks kinda pointy. The camera looks pretty low to the ground and that critter is even lower.

    I'm going with house cat.

Looks lower than that. That would be a big house cat. Fox.

coyote - urban area - favorite area for them- cam 2.5 ft off ground, fox not as tall - like a fox very smart about traps and such.
