Nice score, though I cringe at how who ever cut them limbed out the tree. Here we have to cut the limbs parallel with the bole. It is a pain, and yes takes a higher powered saw with a longer bar, but required. How big in diameter?
Yep, you got your work in front of you, that's for sure! My plan of attack for the really big stuff would be the big saw, sledge and wedges. Remember - pain is weakness leaving the body...
Tree service wood. They could care less about cutting things neat, square, even, uniform or otherwise. Whatever is fastest and easiest is what they do. So long as the price is right you take the good and bad with the free.
That is very nice Rob. Like others, I say they did not cut those trees, they butchered them...with their eyes closed.
Yes, tree service wood. They don't cut it to look pretty. When its hooked to the crane they cut it as quick as possible then get out of the way. The price was right for sure. The laugh we got from look on my buddy's face when we dropped it in his yard was well worth the short trip up the road for them. Haven't measured it yet, but its somewhere in the 36+ region. It will be a challenge, but I'm not scared. I don't believe in having problems, only solutions. Big bar and lots of oil it'll be cut up in no time.
One of my many beloved and cherished AMC shirts I've had through the years. Wear them all with pride. Good eye my friend.
