There was a girl a mile away from my house, when I was a kid had foxes for pets, pretty cool but wasn't really interested in the foxes, More so in the foxy girl
Very cool Zap... Love the pics. We have foxes in my area, but they always seem to keep their distance and never get very close when they spot someone. Deer, on the other hand, are all over this year and come up quite close.
Cool! Good pics thewoodlands! My neighbor tells me we have a Silver or Grey fox living close by. I have not seen it yet though. Yotes move through every now and then, see Red Fox here and there, and there were Silver or Grey Fox before/years ago. But I have not seen one recently.
We used to have lots of red fox but after the coyotes moved in, now there are very few. I will state that I've never seen a fox with rabies. A month or so ago I was riding my bicycle and came upon a freshly hit red fox. I didn't have any Road Kill Helper so did not pick it up.
Some say if you have a fox around your yote problem isn't that bad but once the yotes move in, there go the fox. I will have an electronic yote call for this hunting season, I'm thinking that I'll pick it up in September.
We have a few hunters with dogs around here. They pay close attention to when the totes are around and seem to keep them in check. Is there a certain season on them or not?
