    Just cruises nicely now.

    One more 100 + F day and we be outta da woods.

    98 F here and 17% humidity.

    Sigh or yea.
    Bunch of us at work moving from up by Artc's place to upper fairfield ct, county.
    Shorter drive, 13 vs 33 miles :) + :( (see my av).
    Wont be able to try stopping at Arts periodically, and just recently found the "farm store" of fairweatheracres ( art should know where it is).
    You guys with the gardens forced me away from the grocery stores to the farm store. (i may still make a weekly run after work for the next few weeks tho)

    I missed REAL tomatoes since I havent been able to have a veggie garden (no time)..

    Finally got the ball rolling. In four weeks, 14 lbs. down. MD said to eat meat, (with fat) and green vegetables. Well, I eat most any vegetable, but skip the potatoes, rice etc. No pasta. No sweets. I get my sweet tooth taken care of from a couple fruits each day. If I ever am going to get back on my feet without using a cane, walker, or mobility cart, I've got to get this weight off. I go to the Y, 3 times weekly and use the pool. Only time I can be up on my feet and not in pain. I have a really bad knee that needs to be replaced but the doctors won't touch it until I get my BMI in a certain range. I hope I can hang on. The temptation of the bread and pasta is huge. But at least I can have bacon!!

    Nice going Save! Easiest way to lose the pounds is to keep the fake carbs out if the diet. Those hunger cravings seem to disappear. Keep it up!
