    Success!
I finished digging the trench from the cottage to the garage yesterday afternoon/evening, ran the line, and backfilled the entire project. 99 did help a little with the backfilling and it was appreciated very much.
I was in a hurry to beat the rain that was forecasted for last night....it never came but it did this morning and man did it rain hard!
This afternoon I will hook up the power at both ends of the line and then will be good to go!

    Very sore and stiff today.

Got up at dark thirty to fly home. Got out of the truck and got directly on the mower to try to tame the yard. I think the yard won.

Hope everyone is having a great day. Heading out to a wake for my brides long suffering uncle who passed away this week.

Life is precious and short...have to remember to count our blessings each day!

A day later, and I'm still impressed. Hopefully tomorrow I can demo the Yamaha fz 10. Then I'll know which direction to go.

I'm half German, so I'm predicated to go the Bavarian route.

I only liked that because we had no AC at work today. I had to borrow a fan. They are doing major AC unit work today, and tomorrow.

    I borrowed a fan from a co-worker. That helped.

Also what helped was that very few people were at work because we lost one of our co-workers to leukemia last weekend, and her funeral was today.

That's quite sad really, last fall she was just diagnosed, and she went though months of chemo, and then it sure to her bone marrow. That was too much for her. She was only in her upper 40s.

    RIP Stephanie.

It's a 1000cc bike. 160 hp 83 tq. It doesn't need to be" bigger" than that.

Yeah, I'm no small guy at 6'4” 250 lbs, but it has a ton of room on it. It was very comfortable, even with the low stock screen, and standard seat.

I am still young enough to be able to ride a fast bike. Maybe when I'm 65 I'll get a slow bike that can do it all like a BMW GS 1200.

I'm no cruiser bike rider. I tried one once, and it wasn't my style.

Also, I make full dresser harleys look small too, if that's what you were meaning :binoculars:

Sorry to hear about your loss of a co-worker. My condolences. She was too young. Such a shame.

My buddy had a rot named smokey he was literally the biggest baby in that house. Chuck could tell him to do something and he wouldn't but his 5 year old daughter could bring that dog to heal every time lol...

12 hour day today. Then had to go for a long walk/run because I took the last two days off from running. (Planned.) So just finished about 8.5 miles. Cold beer and shower time.:dex:

Made it to the airplane collection then took a jump into the Deschutes. Lots of very cool airplanes. Some the only one left that is still in flying condition. Lighting in the hanger kind of sucked for photos. But I did get to stand in the bomb bays of a B-17.
