    Yes sir. It finally wore itself out. Initial reports are all property related. That's great considering it lasted 45 minutes or so. No major injuries reported yet.

    Two serious buyers have called from opposite sides of the state and want to drive it home one 2.5hrs the other 1.5hrs
    I know she's reliable but that's some highway time I'd never want to experience whiteknuckling an old truck in traffic no seatbelts, earplugs and draft holes galore;)

    death defying stunt running her at 40 let alone 50 with a jag of wood in the back.
    Outside of burning the tranny clutches up and having it rebuilt its been hard to kill this old girl - fires up after sitting for 6-12months

    I put new tires on it ~5years ago and I've barely worn the casting nubs off of them

    Sounds like the time I had to drive old yeller, the old work truck ( 84 Chevy 1 ton) from the cottage 3.5 hours away from my house by freeway. That truck was rusty, loud and slow, even with a 350 it was a dog. That truck was only used as a yard truck as some would call it. But, it got us home. We had a full toolbox and a spare battery as insurance.

    Pirelli world challenge races this past weekend.

    I did many years of drag racing.... Nothing better than firing up a nitro car at the US Nationals.... Unless you get to drive one..
