    4+ inches of rain last night. Would have been nice if it didn't all come in a couple of hours, but not going to complain as we need everything we can get!

    The second of the cells that hit my area last night. Had 3 cells hit; 2 severe, and one with a lot of fireworks and boomers, but not much rain.

    :drool::drool::drool::drool: i can't wait till September! lobster :drool::drool::drool:and steamers :drool::drool::drool:and cooler weather in Acadia. And a much needed rest for me! been working 7 days a week since April on one project or another. oh, and did i say :cheers::drunk::grizz:

    It's a really cool place to walk around , I haven't been there in a while , I grew up in NY family still lives there , but I prefer PA :yes:

    Rain came in about 7PM last night. Fireworks started around 8:45 which my honey is not a fan of.

    Easy fix-pop a movie in. The Finest Hours was on tap for the night and with the sound system at full steam that includes 2 large subs you couldnt tell what was booming outside over what was booming inside.

    The movie matched the outside weather for a great distraction. Movie was actually much better than I expected.

    We got the same crazy storms last night and the night before. Freaky thunder and lightning like we haven't seen in a long time, and they are saying we may get it again tonight. Dew point was 81 again today, so nasty you don't want to step outside. Can't wait for this chit to pass, looks like it's here for about another week though.

    Yeah woulda been good to meet you. But It was so damm hot I didnt stay long. Joe and I where dying in the heat. Ill most likley be back in the fall again . Ill let you know in advance
