Still going on Woodwidow. They should be done in the next two weeks. Having the trails through the property is going to be nice. I'll rent an excavator at some point to pull a LOT of stumps!

The stove is the nc-30 that I picked up this past spring. It and the insulation is all for the workshop I am building in the garage I had built this summer.

I feel your pain brother! The retired neighbors that live way too close to me at the cottage party like college kids....you know the kind. The louder they are means the more fun they have.
Haven't had a good summer in the last four years now. Someday they'll grow up or maybe one of 'em's liver will quit.

The workshop will be about 14'X24' while the garage will remain strictly for winter storage at about 24'X24'.

I had a thought instead of turning the space into a shop, maybe a rec room? We'll see. Probably cheaper to outfit it with toys/games as opposed to tools (carpentry lathe bandsaw planer etc.)

Sat down with a beer and some potato soup to watch the Packers play at the Hall of Fame game. Just found out they cancelled the game because of field conditions. Argggg.

Really nice day here, finally got a break in the heat. It was low 80s and low humidity with a nice cool breeze out of the north. Have the windows open for the first time in a while.
I heard something about it being "hall of fame" weekend or something...dunno, don't give two rips about football myself. Pretty easy to ignore it when you live in Browns country

Well, the Jays lost the game but had a winning road trip. campinspecter went down and picked 16 lbs. of blackberries. Processed them and some plums we picked at Mom's last Thursday. Made a blackberry pie which I am just eating now as I catch up on everything.

It hurts pretty good right now.

Im on lunch, going to go back and try and finish out my day.
Crazy part is, i have a job interview after work. lol Just my luck for this to happen.

Obviously walking and putting weight on my foot is just making things worse.

I cant afford time off as the place im working at doesnt have enough work each day for me
for me to get a full 8 hours in. Reason for the job interview later..

I'll be alright, i wont lose my toe, it just hurts, its super ugly, possibly broken.
The nail is just sitting there.. its torn up pretty good.
