    I would SF, but my 445 is .325, and I don't know much about switching it to 3/8 at the saw.....

    I use 3/8" x 0.050 x 62DL LP (Low Pro) Yours is 68dl?

    I'm not for sure but I think full 3/8 is to much chain for 40cc
