Oh it is hard not to point out the shortcomings of the other forums no doubt about it. But it's not as bad, compared to some of the stuff on the internet
I'm just all thumbs.. For all the stories!! Scotty said it best on page one! We all have a passion for the same thing!! So happy we all share in it! Whether it's wood, saws, pellets, coal, hunting, the Lord, or the food! We are all here for a reason! And that reason has brought us all together!
this is a very comfortable and pleasant place to be ,i never posted over there but did read it regularly ,there is a real comfort here and i am grateful to be part of it ,and as everyone has already said the people here are great
I found the site spring of 2015 doing a little research on chainsaws (light duty). Signed up so I could see some pictures and after doing research kind of forgot about the site. I don't even think I realized that there was a Pellet Head section, or if I did, it was past pellet season (for the most part), so didn't stick around . Then, last fall, I found it again. I think I was googling how to set up my P43 to a thermostat and found at least a reference here. Suddenly realized I had been here before and that I recognized some of the screen names from another forum . I started lurking, then hanging out, then participating. Will say, this is the only forum that I check all year around even though my main draw is "seasonal" - that is because of the great people here and the varied conversations .
MM, MM, MM - grilled donuts. I'll bet you could make a fortune on those. Just wrap them in bacon first! Oh, and as mentioned earlier on how threads usually morph; BEER
