Air filter didn't look to bad but I washed it and dried it out good. Removed muffler and drilled a few more holes in it and cleaned/dried. I got it running and had to keep nursing the throttle to keep running and warm up and adjust carb at same time. All seems good. I will change plug and air filter though. I may just keep it.
I don't know. I started from scratch before starting. Then played with L and IA to get a smooth idle. My first time trying this. Now that I'm retired I take the time to learn and do things myself where as in the past working 60-70 hrs a week I would have just dropped off and had a shop repair. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
They are solid saws. Most people can't believe how reliable mine has been since new, 16 yrs now, and what little it has needed. Especially since it has pretty much only ever seen e10.
