Working on a new print set for a quaint 'lil cabin in the woods up north a bit. Started it in May of '15. 75% set showed up today, I love it.
    Went from 28K sq./ ft. to 30,384 sq./ft. It's labeled a "residence". Seriously?

Pretty sure they're not gonna heat with wood only. SMDH.

I would like mid 80's - been low 90's and humid as heck a lot of the last 2 weeks (except that weekend it was in the 50's for high).

Good morning, gonna see mid to upper 80's today with sunshine and plenty of humidity.
Trying to get re-started on my old Cherokee project, cleaned up the (plastic) front bumper corners last nite, it was thirsty work:drunk:, be curious to see how they look!!
Have a good one out there, stay hydrated, work/play safe!

We dropped to 48 this morning and we spent about four hours out in the boat today, we had a nice breeze and the temp was only 72 when we took the boat out.

A couple days to go before a hot weekend. Got me some time scheduled to work on the wall, and Friday night will be bottling up the last brew of the summer (brown ale & a session IPA.) Mowing the lawn tonight, think its been almost 3 weeks since the last mow - half of it is dead now anyway. Still itching to try the mill, but 90+F makes me think wait a bit.

Good morning, mid 70's to upper 80's here today.
Spent a few hours wade fishing a secret stretch of Sand Creek yesterday, might have to try a repeat today.

I'll mow on Saturday (I'm gone from before the sun rises until after it sets on weekdays). It will have been 3 weeks for me at that point. A lot of dead in my front yard still - even after several serious bouts of downpours in the last 5-7 days.

Yup, I hear you. I just visited your beautiful state, love it up there. It didn't break 70 degrees on Tuesday, strange weather patterns.

Almost broke 100 yesterday and it looks like it might today plus with the high humidity makes for a tough day for the people who have to work outside.

I can't imagine those climates that routinely get this hot and muggy. I'd melt for sure. :)

Any one noticed that we passed 25,000 posts on this thread? Gasifier

Spent yesterday traveling for dental appts. the new car seems to be getting better gas mileage than what it is rated for. I worked out on the trip home that it was 57.9 miles to Imperial gallon. that's great.

Getting the r-pod ready for a trip tomorrow. We want to see what how the new truck handles the towing and gas mileage.

Turkeys- not much in the way of predators urban areas. they are becoming as common as Robins. know a couple small farms, the birds are starting to become a nuisance much like the canucks. I do remember when it was rare to see either, other than fall Migration of the Geese and Turks were none exsistant for all practical purposes. Now if we could just get the pheasants back .............

I know that Shadow has been eating salal berries but I really didn't know how many were on the plants in the yard. As campinspecter was mowing the lawn this afternoon, he comes and tells me there are more berries there than Shadow will ever reach to eat. so I went out and harvested some. when we get back the blackberries will be starting to ripen and I will be able to pick more salal. The bushes were loaded and it looks like lots of blackberries to come as well.
