Muff mod advice

Try going from 50 degrees at 6000 ft to 85 degrees at 7500 ft. It will change the tune of your saw. Tempurature and altitude make a difference my friend.

 

I'd be willing to bet it's more that your weather is more constant. We have 70 degrees fehrenhwit of temp difference from summer to winter here.... on the Mediterranean Its probably far less.

 

And here we have had 95 degree weather this week and -20 in the winter for a 105 degree change.

 

Yeah i know temperatures diferences and altitude diferences crazy the saws , here usually we cut from starting of spring and we finish about at the end of autom the altitudes are about the same and the temperatures dont have much diference so no need to play with the screws so much

 

Op, have you made any head way on this?

 

Or in my case 40f to 95f no elevation change!
