    I have never heard of them until last night. A guy has one for sale on Craigslist. It has an electric winch too. I think it was homemade and looked stout. If it hooked up to a tractor I'd be really interested

    It looks like a steel arch on wheels. The log is suspended with chains on that end then a seperate axle with wheels is secured on the other end of the log. Looks interesting and keeps the wood out of the dirt

    That logrite is very cool but too steep for me. Looks like I will keep using the old tractor method for the big ones

    Now that I know that these things were legit, I checked back on Craigslist for the posting. It's gone. $250 if I remember right.

    Well I did miss out on the log arch today but I did score two trailer loads of free firewood though. It's already blocked up and looks like it is burn able now. Just got to go to the farm and get my trailer and split it and bring it home.
