    Rained HARD here for about 2 hours+.....lots of thunder boomers. Everything is soaked. :thumbs:

    Waiting for it in new haven area. Same watch.
    Probably should wash car, leave outside with windows down ti help the rain along.
    Wife just did hers, but she put it in the garage.

    Got a good boomer going here. Heavy rain, But not much wind. Only bummer is the boat is soaked. I need to water proof the cover. Guy said 3 years and he was on the money.

    Hope it rains a while. But slow and steady. Got a feeling most of this ran off and washed the gulleys out............

    Finally got some rain late last night (after 10:30. Rained hard some, then settled down to a nice soaking rain. I had watered some stuff between jobs, so that should have helped some of the rain soak in. Still can't hear any water coming from the swamp into the culvert - which means we still need more but none forcast for quite a while. I was happy we got some though :thumbs:

    Well now.

    After a couple days battling my computer, things are all back up and in good shape again.

    With a fresh copy of Zorin OS 9 all installed (Linux distro) and everything working proper, life is good again and I can come here and enjoy the company.

    I was having some browser issues and it got ugly.

    Still have a bit of painting left to finish the remodel project and might get that today, ???????????
    Cloudy and cool this morning with a chance of rain in a day or so.


    No stove stuff now for several days.

    In North Carolina for the week. A little family vacation. Figured it wasn't gonna be hot and humid enough so we went south this year:headbang:
    After 15 hrs of driving yesterday we made it. Now it's time for drinking, eating and more drinking.
