Do they have an area to unload off a crane truck that is free from overhead wires and trees? I have an idea but will take some work to put it together.
What's up Andy? Pete and rdust, I am really sorry that I could not be of any help in this. Hopefully in the future things will go better. I'll probably know for sure by the end of March; maybe sooner. Pete, tell Melissa I'll be at Sparrow on the 7th. I think the procedure is at 12:30.
Crane truck? I wanna play. No limbing, felling, poison ivy, brush clearing. Please say that's our plan. A C
Ummmm Dennis hasn't been ok in a long time Ray, have you met him? Oh sorry, you meant his back & neck right? I hope that procedure provides some real relief/improvement for ya Dennis.
No worries Dennis, you did help. If it wasn't for listening to your advice over the years I would've never been in the position to help.
Hey Dennis, I've been busy trying to get this second business going. Gotta figure out someway to pay for this health care. I'm not up to date with what's going on with you. I know you have a bad back bothering you off and on since I've known you. What is the procedure your having done? I will make some calls tomorrow and find out what I can. I'm hoping to be able to have an entire load or two dropped off there. I'll fill you all in once I know anything. I haven't talked with this guy in a few years and the way things change so fast these days, who knows. Keep your fingers crossed.
This is the load I got from him a few years ago for $50. It's the only wood I've ever bought in my life. Delivered right to my front yard. Not sure what the neighbors thought
Dennis worry about your health first my friend! I am planning for March or April sometime for a big cut get together. It would be great to see ya no work required!
Time to get caught up with your southern brothers fellas... http://www.ky3.com/news/local/volun...rm/-/21048998/24117880/-/2rwhcnz/-/index.html
I would pay $50.00 for that deal any day! You have to consider the time spent cutting and loading the truck and then the fuel cost to cut then haul.. Wish I could deals like that here! Ray
Great news fellas Andy was able to secure a couple log loads for early April to be dropped off so now I just need to get all the names written down. I have a few but if anybody else wants in shoot me a pm or reply here. This means no woods just clean logs to cut and split!
Brother I hope you come I am having some bad Dennis withdrawal syndrome. Its been a while since ive made it up to your place lol.
Pete, you are welcome any time. If we ever get rid of this snow, I may try cutting some more ash. I've cut absolutely nothing on our place this year. btw, this forum is super slow today. It took about 3 minutes for the page to load and then at first I could not post a reply. Finally closed the window and restarted things and it worked. Even trying to post a like takes a long time today and it seems we run into that quite often. Not sure if there is a fix for that though.
Well bad news fellas there was some technical difficulties here I am gonna look around for a different tree service company in the area. Do any of you know of one who would be willing to drop some logs off near metamora MI?
