    We are about that same temp now, so I thought it would be a perfect day to go out and trim trees....no one ever accused me of being smart. :)

    86 right now, and me being the brilliant soul that I am, decided to go outside and do some yard/garden work, do some mowing, stack a little firewood...............
    Should be some rain tomorrow, so it's all logical, right? Right?
    Very light wind, so maybe I'll go up and clean the flue while I'm being so smart and efficient.

    It was 98 here humidity through the roof, just started storming power went out and I think the lines just got hit herd a pop in the kitchen and bang in the front yard.
    Hopefully everything is working when the juice comes back on

    12 hour work day here. But then went to another nephews graduation party. (Boy you wood hoarders are getting old!) anywho. A couple cold beers with my brother and some friends and some good food. BBQ chicken, smoked turkey, BBQ pulled pork, salads ...... I did well though. Just some meats and a little mac. salad, no sweets or breads!

    Just got the garden rewatered for another week... Hopefully we will see some rain here soon ... Haven't seen rain since Memorial Day weekend... Mother Nature turned of the water faucet and the grass is already going to the dormant state...

    After a week of rain and some tantalizing glimpses of sun yesterday, we wake to a glorious blue sky with a few fog patches. Definitely going to be a summer's day today. Seven days left of work and then six weeks off!
