Already 80 here zap, and supposed to hit 90. Just got a father's day greet from oldest daughter downstate, and she said they expect 93.
Another day reaching 90 with a cod front coming in so we might be in for damaging winds with some hail.
That "COD" fronts coming in, I'm sure it will make more work for the saw. Yes, all at once. Actually we went to the movies at one, after that we did some shopping and we had some pizza & wings at Sergi's. The last time we had pizza & wings was in February so it tasted real good. We saw Independence Day 2, we liked it.
So its 44 f here right now with a high today of 52. It was very cool outside, jacket weather. I was out dropping a few standing dead larch trees (15% mc) last week which are all now nicely c,s,s in my yard. I put aside a nice round that was a stubby, maybe 13 inches, split it and threw it in the garage in case I fired up the wood stove again this season. The neighbors furnace is on and Im sitting by the stove in shorts, sipping on a gibsons and listening to the Floyd....
The forecast for today has changed just a little. We will not get out of the 50's today. That should give the house time to loose some of that thermal gain from last week.
