    Rain all day today. Multiple waves with multiple inches of rain. This afternoon may get violent with 50 plus mph winds and tornado possibilities. Stuck inside for today

    We had a nice cool night (55) with some rains (still going on) so we won't have to water the garden.

    I'm one pound away from losing twenty since February so whatever weight I'm at on Friday that will be the end of the big purge.

    The students' last day is Thursday this week but I get to stay a week longer to get reports to the government and report cards to parents. We are almost at the end of scheduling for next year - well as much as you can be without knowing exactly what the new year will look like.

    Lucky we got some rain.

    It isn't easy getting the weight down. I'm down about 12 lbs. now. Another 8-10 to go. Then I am not going to allow myself to put it back on.

    I wanted to get my weight down to 208 but I wouldn't feel good so I'm thinking 212 is a good place for me.

    It is tough losing it so I'll watch myself especially over the holidays.
