Yeah, that reminds me, what ever happened to 6-7oz. "ponies" in a bottle? That used to be just the right size for my speed to ensure always having a COLD beer. Good luck on your wrists.
I finally got the time for the surgery tomorrow. The Doc. will be cutting starting around 9:30AM. Having the second surgery on June 28.
at the hospital at 8 and out at 11. gotta keep the hand elevated for the first 2 days. typing with the left hand only is a struggle.
and now for some bad timing---friend calls this afternoon and tells me he is having a large silver maple taken down and wants to know if i want the wood. i got a couple large branches from that tree a few years ago and that more than filled my 6X10 trailer. i had to turn it down. maybe another friend would take it.
1 handed typing - OK 1 handed sawing might turn into 1 legged walking There are always more trees out there.
And now today I got a call from another friend letting me know he is having an oak taken down and wants to know if I want the wood and could get it. It is being taken down shortly and I won't be able to do much with wood until September. Another bummer for timing
The Doc wanted to make sure he did the right hand but it wouldn't have made any difference since the other one needs doing too.
