A company has been cleaning the house up the past 2 days. Ive been in and out of it my self just checking out the progress.. Im becoming pretty close friends with the brother which is who is incharge currently as both sisters are still out of the country, the sisters are who live there next door. I did not realize that the entire roof in the living room and kitchen was on fire when i entered the house... They have the drywall knocked down and the whole underside of the roof is charred. I was running under there!! For what seemed like an hour!! A minute, 2 minutes tops, the pets wouldnt of made it and im certain the roof would of been completely engulfed, inside and out!

Thank You for taking action Linked. Most will simply pull out their cellphone and film it these days rather than do anything. Neighbors helping neighbors...a cornerstone of American Society. Thank you LinkedXJ. Hero or not, you are a good man and you also have a good dog. The best thing is that you took action rather than stand back and wait or hope somebody else would do it. We've gotten over $1k worth of gift cards for various places in the mail. I just got 3 in the mail today, 2 are for red lobster! That puts us up to 7 gift cards for red lobster. People think im amazing.. i understand why. lol
Ah yes, people can be amazing indeed! It couldn't have happened to a nicer guy. btw, LinkedXJ, my grandparents came from your area. They were farmers and moved to Michigan before my father was born. I have no idea why he would have moved from such rich farmland to move here. Not saying he moved to poor land because it was good land but I don't think as good as that area! Guess he made out okay though as he raised 9 kids. Sadly, all 9 of those are gone now. Makes me in the older generation.
