Moving the 15 / 16 wood to the basement to make room for 2018/19 wood
Mild Winter, will have about 3 cord in the basement.
Doing a few trailer loads per day. Moved little over a cord so far.
Was 2 full rows & 1/3 in the shed when I started.

Added a few boards to some of the pallets to reduce trip hazards

18 /19 wood cut Oct last Fall.
18/19 wood is CSS'd | Firewood Hoarders Club

    Out back stacked & seasoning.

Saw a few when I was throwing it around, don't think any or many made it down the chute to the basement,
    couple "daddy long legs"
Would tell my wife if I saw any though.
No many bugs like the Ak birch wood.

Nice job bogydave , in a normal winter when do you start burning firewood to heat the house.

Mid Sept usually for daily fires. Our wet cool , weather changing month.
Some "one off fires" when needed before that

Had one last week, a cool rainy period didn't get above 55° for a couple days.
Even had snow on the local mtn peaks.

To be 80° tomorrow , local river flood warnings due to snow melt in the mtns

Had quite a bit of movement with drying, shrinking & a couple good shakers but
    it all stayed stacked. :)

I stack it tight to the roof plywood & it shrinks to a few inches clearance after a year of so.
    Amazing how much it shrinks.

I've already used my fingers to count that we're about 13 weeks from the first fire of winter '16-17.
