    that wind would be quite the challenge. I think massive wood sheds might be your only solution.

    you have a nice set up there. Neat. I don't think there is much we can do about the wind. It always seems to "win" . The only cover I can think of is a shed, even that has to held down. maybe you can plant two wind rows of trees and have your covered piles in between them.

    Chicken was great ! We made fresh broccoli and collaflower saled from the garden to go with and ate like like we were on top of the world.

    Kinda maybe probably should've could've might have been able to use that old barn, no? Or was it is just too bad condition?

    Old barn kinda committed suicide on 7/04/2014. Folded up of it's own accord.

    I get way more sadder seeing an old barn come down than a grand ol' tree any day. Trees replant themselves all the time. We stopped growing barns in this country a century ago, and we sure ain't planting new ones.:(:(:(
