    Echo CS-5000 chainsaw

    It looks clean in the ad. Maybe I'll stop and see it after work. What's it worth? Are parts easy to get? Is it a decent saw?

    It is similar in size to my Poulan PP5020, so no neal need ... but CAD and all ...:saw:

    Not sure about value - sounds like nobody's buying at $125. Looks like its in real nice condition - maybe if you're looking to start a collection. Do you really want 2 of the same size saws though? A bigger or smaller saw might be more fun...

    Always need a backup. Just in case your secondary saw is down. And your primary is uh... Outta fuel. Yeah, that's it! :whistle:

    That saw looks like its in pretty good shape, I think its worth that, I guess though that depends on what kind of shape the bar is in.
    That saw might not last long on CL , go check it OUT.
    He didn't say whether it was running or not, with fresh gas it will probably start right up

    The grey case echos are more pro grade than the newer orange case....

    As you can see, it is still for sale. Which of course means I haven't bought it (yet). Too busy to see it, life is like that sometimes ...

    Maybe tomorrow? Maybe he really wants to sell, after all it has been online for 5 days now?! ;)
