It's burger night! Shaped the patty around a beer bottle, added a cheese mixture and topped with carmelized onions and mushrooms. About to put on the grill.
There were real nice. I had them baking in the smoke at about 850 degrees, with no visible flames. I didn't think that was possible.
So no flipping of the burger? Kinda baked? I wondered how you keep the puddle from running out if you flipped.
