Finally finished cleaning up my wood processing area in preparation for my BBQ. Sorted out the chunks and kindling and raked up the rest. Dumped it in low spot on one of my trails.
I was hoping for the kind with peanuts and m&m's. Nice work though, get some edible trail mix for your hard work.
Does the fog ever lift there? Or is that just extreme humidity? Steam from Niagra? Good job on the clean up...
I mean I would, but, the pics probably won't turn out so good... Really wish you could make it, Eric VW - need you on the camera! You did a great job with the pics at Backwoods Savage's GTG. Its too bad, cause Ive got around 50lbs ribs, 20lbs pulled pork, 15lbs turkey breast, and 25lbs chicken marinating. Plus sides and Shawn's Smoky Chipotle Chili - 5 alarm - and some smoky pork and beans to cool it off if its too hot for ya. You and your wife should bring a couple of those PB pies!
Stop it! I'm dehydrating Wish we could, but she works pretty much thru the whole holiday weekend Some PA GTG time and some Famous Curry eats woulda been the Cat's Rear exit, my man
Oh boy. Judy and I would have loved to come for that! One of these days we will get to your place Shawn.
Hi, Cur-BQ, I would like to place an order for pickup. I'll take a pound of each - hold the chili, will pick up this coming Saturday, but likely will dine in. Your sister location had promised an order of lasagna last time I was in town but delivered it to my chowderhead friend instead (who of course doesn't know that sharing is caring). I'm confident your franchise will provide only the utmost cordial of services on this matter. Thank you in advance - your loyal customer, BCP LLc
Hey if I leave right now, I could be there just in time for lunch.......hmmmmm.... Looks good, and the food sounds even gooder......post up at leat a COUPLE pics later brother!
Thanks, wish I could have gone to the PA GTG this weekend too! I've been doing my BBQ for a few years now - and you and all my FHC friends are always invited! I'm pretty sure any of my guests would have told you it's worth the trip! I took all of these pics yesterday and this morning. Didnt have much time for pics during the party between playing host and head chef. There may be some food pics coming later as I've got some leftovers this year (BCPLLC!) - kinda knew I was going a bit overkill but there wasnt even one rib left last year. Here's the setup: Had sort of a 'hot sides' line going in the garage. Pulled pork, chipotle chili, pork and beans, and I served the turkey there too. My 'chef's tent': Here's the turkey - cooked this yesterday cause I serve it as cold cuts for turkey and bacon sandwiches. It was a big hit like last year - it's just the thing to really complete the food coma.
Shawn Curry, you knocked it outa the park, bud! Great pics, fuzzy or not, and I'm sure you're guests were comatose afterwards. Great job, man!
