He brought me a few loads last year. He told me yesterday that he is running about 2 months behind because of all the rain. He said he is going to have to find more places to dump it. So I set my neighbor up with 4 loads and my buddy that lives a mile north of me has plenty of room by his pile so he is going to dump there also.
that's great bear_hunter here they pile wood and process it then sell wood for about 300 a cord.. that's what happens when almost 1 out of 5 burn wood in the state. .. good to help out others also
Most wood around here is collected by the tree service and either ground up, or they sell it after its been split.
Excellent. I called up one of my tree guy sources today and said he could bring me some more wood. Wait and see what shows up.....
The tree service dumping is a pretty sweet gig, even if Momma always says you never know what you gonna get
That's awesome! Around here the tree service companies turn around and sell tri-axle log loads full of knarlies like that for 5 bills +. The straighter smaller diameter logs sell for 6 bills+. Keep that guy as a friend
This guy has done me alright so far. Lol. He has brought me elm, ash, cherry, hickory and one soft maple
I cut on it a little lastnight until the boss got home and then I had to help her plant more of the garden. She just doesn't have her priorities straight.
