The heating season is over here.

    Counts for the season:
    P68: 182 compared to 238 last season
    P43: 11 compared to 29 last season

Just under 4 tons between the two stoves, about 1.5 tons less than last year.

This year was 278 versus 292 last year.

I had two stoves going all year versus Februaryish last year.

Me too. Plus, I didn't count exactly how many I bought thru the season, so can only come up with an estimate anyway. However, thinking I will be anywhere from 1.5-2 tons under what I burned last year.

Fahrenheit kicked on last night... So I have to hold out.. I didn't burn that much firewood this year. Maybe a cord. Where I was averaging around 3 cord a season. It wasn't a bad winter and I was working and training a lot. So I burned more Pellets than I should have.. :( But at the end of the day? I'd choose Pellets over wood anyways. :D

I mostly burned Dead Dinosaurs. Around 350 gallons.

All told I burned 21 bags of crappy TSC MWP's I bought for Fall 2015 shoulder pellets.

I figure Oil will be going higher this fall so I'm shopping for pellets now.

    And the Fish are biting.

4.6 tons so far but not sure I'm done. I always seem to have to burn a little in June, so I'm holding off on a final tally.

About 3 1/2 tons used in the house and shop. Could have burned more but I didn't heat the shop full time and the wife tends to shut off the house stove when the temps get into the 40's.

I didn't burn much wood this year.... :) 2-3 years ago, with a warmer winter? I was right around 2 ton. But I burned 3 cord + of wood. If I burned 1 cord of wood this past winter? I'd be pushing it..

But I'm at right around 175 bags.. I don't keep a good tally on test bags. But I only had around 150 regular bags accounted for. So I added 25 for the 5 bags of this.. 5 bags of that. ;)
