    Had to go to the post office today to pick up the Cs 352, had to pay extra 5 bucks because the ebayer didn't pay the right amount of shipping, not bad though I got a good deal it was brand new in the box got some saw dust on it today, cut some cookies

    They will refund you that...or should. If they don't ebay will "force" the refund to you.

    I wont. But if you ask the seller and they refuse to refund you $5 you "open a case in ebay" they have a chance to respond and satisfy you. If they don't ebay then rules. Ebay will rule on his side in this one. I know it. The seller will refund if he opens a case most likely cause it is a huge ding to their rating if not.

    I have won plenty of cases on ebay. They will almost always side on your side unless your asking crazy stuff.
