OK. In the poll at the top of the page it shows 12 singles and 5 with guests. Does anyone know the total count?
No I don't yet and was actually just thinking of asking for a head count to narrow down how many supplies we need. I may ask Grizzly Adam to put up on of those little pop-up things asking for a final head count and have people pm me to give out the address.
Hi all I need to tell you that this campground is run by the Army corp of engineers. They have lots of rules and regs. I can have one tent on our site and we can put one tent on my sisters site. The guys that invited me to stay in the group camp made all the arrangements so I can't just add a whole bunch of tents. I think two guys are going to stay in our rig. Another problem will be parking. Not that there isn't enough room, but like I said above, the ACOE has lots of rules. Including only 2 parking passes per site. The others can park in an overflow lot. I'm not sure how far away it is. This is Memorial Day weekend so the campgrounds are most likely sold out. So if cwn877 has room for tent camping, we better plan to put a few of you there.
Can you share the campground info? i dont mind paying for another site for camping..... Gotta have me some cold ones with you guys and dont want to break the rules @ cwn877 's place. Respect right.....
Seven points campground at Raystown lake. (ACOE baltimore district) there are some other campgrounds in that area, bob, but I dont know anything about them
Yes please no alcohol for reasons I don't want to discuss in a public forum and we are having young folks there too and I don't want them around it. I don't drink and never have so thanks for the respect.
And some dont know that the alcohol is for when the cutting time is over........ saws and booze is bad.
Make it to Sullivan and we'll roll out together! I met Eric last year at my GTG. But a 5-6 hr ride to and from Michigan definitely made us better friends. Can't wait till we leave!! No rule breaking... Tiss why I will stay offsite. No need to explain. We are all adults here. And saws and adult beverages do not mix! Look forward to this GTG bro! Gonna be a great time!
