    :rofl: :lol: A friend of hers is giving her a really nice discount to keep/board her new horse at her barn. Like less than half price. He can stay there until the fall when we are ready to house him.

    Hey........wait a minute........ If I don't get the barn done by winter time..... then the horse has to stay at the friends barn until the next year. Ya.... that's the ticket!:D

    The friggin rear main seal started leaking in the mrs vw tiguan. :headbang: I've already got the car scheduled for an intake valve cleaning (problem with direct injection engines) and now this. I'm a pretty darn good mechanic but these dang new cars are almost impossible to work on. I stared at it for a while yesterday and I'm not even going to attempt it. Tried convincing her last night to get rid of it but she loves that car. :(

    Horse is from out of state, but expected to be here in about 7 days. I haven't even checked it out yet, but will be this morning.

    Caffeine going down. Today is getting things done around the house first. Kids and wife going off to school. Bills to be paid and mailed out. Some other odd jobs to do and then I will cut some wood. Ground is wet so I won't transport the wood with the loader today. Just get it blocked up.

    I also need to stop out and see the Amish fella that is going to help me build the barn. Hopefully he and the other guy he is going to get with more experience than he has will be able to be all ready for October. And I will get foundation in by then and have the ground finished off by then.

    Being a good mechanic these days means less and less. You need mega$$$$$$ in diagnostic equip to find out which parts you have to change, not fix. That, supposedly makes you a "TECHNICIAN".............................:headbang::headbang::headbang:
