Little guy been on for the past few days.

Gonna get some warmer weather here in a couple.

Sun/Mon in the low 80's F but nights still cool.
Rain Friday with low at 40 F

We will be doing on and off stove things til early June, unless it's a "Juneuary"

Still using, but only at night and until mid mornings on weekends. leave it off during the day now. Still dropping into the 30's periodically at night. for high 30's i leave it on 3. 45-58 i leave it on 2 and 59-67 i'll leave it on 1 - it might get a bit hot this way but its better than being chilly in the morning. also this time of year i tend to rely more on the thermostat. when it hits the set temp it bumps it back down to 1 until it calls for heat again.

This can go on quite a while. in the past i've ran the stove in june. sometimes needing to air condition the place during the day but throw the stove on a while at night to take the chill out. crazy temp swings here.

There was 1 or 2 times I purposely had both on.
Was low to mid 70s, and about 300% humidity and raining. Didnt want to switch between on the forced air system. So, fired up stove and ac at same time for a bit. Dried right up.

Looks like I'm going to be filling up the hoppers again tonight. Filled them Tuesday night (or Monday - pretty sure it was Tues tho). Fortunately it has been sunny during most days so have gotten decent solar gain on the main floor.

    Ahhhh, not yet I'm afraid.

70 F in the house last night at 8 pm and decided to ride it out with the stoves off.

    64 F this morning.

I keep saying that the Big Whit is done for the season, well not yet.
Fired it off to quickly get the temps up, then shut it down at 68 F and lit the little one to soldier on.

    Cool and damp today.

    80 F by Sunday/Monday

    Awww mannnn. Unsee un see.
I have heard of people making sure they have nothing in their mouth when reading a thread, but I think I need to learn to read this thread with my eyes closed (maybe some of the other threads as well).

Off right now. Maybe through the night.
    Tomorrows warmer than today.

Supposed to be 39 F tonight, sooooo maybe a little fire.

I need a tiny stove for these 3 candle nights.

Hard to find a stove smaller than the Whit P2

We're still burning, but a bag lasts the better part of a week in each stove. Have the inlaws visiting and they commented on how cozy it felt when we all got back from dinner. Everyone conked out by about 9 and went to bed - and I think I was the first one out, as I fell asleep in the same room as the MVAE (I think the snoring prompted everyone else to vacate and head off to bed). I need to remember that trick!

On right now, But should be shutting it off soon. Should be warm enough to get the windows open for a while.

Hummingbird feeders were filled up and set out for them. They should be here any day now.

Off last night, house cold this morning, big Whit making short work of that little issue.

Warmer today with the stove shutting down by mid morning likely.

80's F tomorrow and Monday then back to cooler showery weather for the rest of the week.

My kinda summer. A couple day's of warm, then cool and showers.

Need some snow tossed in there somewhere
