After reading the posts in the thread Live from the GTG | Firewood Hoarders Club and comments made by those who attended, my wife and I would like to know if there is interest in another GTG here next year. You are allowed more than one choice and you can even change your vote if you change your mind. Also, no matter what, this is not a guarantee we will have another one. We're just fishing here.
And you will be very welcome too Walt. I was at Ron's today (hauling the limbs to a brush pile) and we talked about how you hauled all those logs and he was as amazed at your atv as I was. Wish I had those tires on mine too. Thanks again for coming and for the help Walt.
Yep. And hopefully I'd be contributing to the wood cutting side That would be more than enough time for my wife to put in for the time off and drive attend

Hey, you can help bocefus78 set up his tent before 1:30am! Shawn Curry can clear a path free of brambles (& not with his beard) thru the pine barrens, Tim and the Snarky One can get ME to cook something..... Oh man, I won't go where I wanted to with this. Premature "Yer Welcome" is due.
I'm tempted to come, but I keep thinking I would also be assigned to girl duty instead of being out there felling, limbing, and bucking, running my saw(s). Even get in some splitting by hand and maybe trying one of those fancy hydraulic splitters. Right now it's too for off for me to really say that I would definitely come though!
Sounds like a good time was had by all. Work is easier when there are a lot of hands chipping in and everyone's enjoying themselves.
No way would you be confined or assigned like that. You do what you want to do around here! Yes, you could try out more than one splitter too. Next year I hope to have more log piles to buck up too. Lord knows we have the trees. Maybe we can even find Shawn Curry some really good logs for making more lumber. We definitely need more to haul wood out as I got so busy I couldn't find the time to do any of it that weekend.

I would have been there this year but life has been too complicated this year. This time of year is hard for me....I have 4 different ball teams going right now.
