    Actually it was an 880... :whistle: And it was a bit closer to noon, if I recall. ;) I know it's probably easy to sleep in when you've got a sweet sweet camper like that though... :dex:

    But that extra sleep done ya good, cause I gotta hand it to you and HDRock - I think you guys won the splitting contest hands down, even though you were doing it wrong. :p

    I wasn't sure if he was talking about my 460, or your 880. I know I tuned 3 saws about 6 ft away from his head. But that 880 is stupid loud!! I forgot all about that one!! :handshake: Team work!!:salute:

    So you are over by Lake Michigan? There are some dunes south of me also, out by another Silver Lake.

    One thing that is really cool about that kind of situation is, if someone wants to use your equipment run your saw or splitter, you don't have to worry because you know they know what they are doing, as compared to a neighbor borrowing something or a wannabe lumberjack:)

    This is true.. I wouldn't have cared if anyone grabbed any one of my saws! I brought them to be used. I only used the 440 and the 365 (LOVE that saw!!). Both were stock (muff mod only). Didn't touch a ported saw!! Firewood doesn't know the difference! Plus all my ported saws were heavier! :whistle:

    I'd of been happy that it got used! I brought a few extra saws so that swags had an eclectic choice to choose from. But priorities trump fun, so I understand why he stayed home.
